This userpage is dead. Feel free to browse through the pages and bits of words blowing around in here, but don't expect to find anything new. I have broken out on my own (with a vengence). My own site,
[link], is where all my new work will appear. Feel free to visit and drop me an email for any comments. To anyone else who has done (or is planning on doing) the same and would like to maintain a sort of "loose knit community," let me know and we can do some link exchanges to promote our sites.
Thanks for the memories all, it's been fun.

What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire deviant life, that there's something wrong with the story. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad.
You take the blue pill, the story ends. Your browser closes and you believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland. And, I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.
I offer only the truth, nothing more.

Again much thanks for the comments, glad you liked "The Fire Breathes" and i see your point on "Balance Pont". Cool icon by the way, at first the eyes looked like two small pics of Grover side by side and I was like what the heck, then I looked at it and saw it was a face. Heheehee, thanks

the slashes are meant to convey a sense of abrupt change, visual clipping (like the passage of a train or car), duality, etc. it is a puncuation that is absolutely integral to my work... as are ":" and flanking dashes.

thankyou so much for your continued support of my poetry, and your incredibly insightful and positive comments. i keep up to date with all you write, and enjoy it all immensely - you really do have talent, though i'm sure you don't need me to tell you that
you continue to be one of my favourite poets at this site... and your webcam is super-ultra-mega cool
kick ARSE desktop man - i can't wait for that movie, it's going to be the most beautiful visual feast, though i'm afraid it will inevitably be a disappointment compared to the world tolkien created in my head when i read it.
commenting on your journal entry - hmm, yes, it's true that art and poetry and all is a medium of our inspiration and is thus not our own work - however, to some degree it is an expression of ourselves and is our own creation because it is our own unique perspective on what we see and feel and are inspired by. if we want to modify someone else's work because we have had a reaction to it and believe that we can create something that is our own take on this work, then by all means... but don't do it for personal gain or to attempt to pretend that you were the one who created it at all. blatant taking of someone else's work, not changing it at all and passing it off as your own is wrong. if somebody put the mona lisa up on devart and said it was their own i'm pretty sure even you wouldn't stand for it. give credit where credit is due, and if the work you did is a modification of another's, and is largely the product of someone else with your own spin on it, recognise that. art shouldn't smply be regarded as the regurgitating of ideas that have been done a million times before - in many cases people create beautiful things, and though the idea may have been present in other works it is still their own creation and they should be able to be proud of that.
phew. that was a big comment. apart from that, i also agree with what you're saying on the subject, and can see your point of view - it is taken too far sometimes and people should be able to recognise that they don't always produce original and astounding ideas - only art. please don't take that huge spiel personally, i just wanted to give my own opinion on the matter and you seemed to be the most worthy of it, and the one who would most understand.
peace
kjii
